There is nightly entertainment on the spot, while just across the road is The Sky Park, with two heated swimming pools and four different bungee rides.

Playa de Fañabe, with a pure white sandy beach, is about seven minutes' walk to the right while to the left is the bustling Puerto Colón with abundant shops and restaurants.  There are shops three minutes away, and the apartment is only twenty minutes from the airport.
